We are looking for an experienced 1st cook with a minimum of 2 years working in a high volume establishment. Successful applicant will work closely with the chef overseeing all runnings of the kitchen. Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef. Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line. Food preparation and portioning prior to service. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
