Closet and shelf space will be made available for you of course. You'll enjoy the fantastic location - so close to nature and downtown, while living in a cozy place with wonderful vibes. Suited for a single, mature, professional, quiet person who brings good energy to my place. Just steps to Beacon Hill Park, 1 block to Cook St. Village, 10 walking min to beaches at Dallas Rd and downtown. Bus routes to anywhere close-by. Great for cyclists too. I love my easy bike trips everywhere, year round. And lots of City Bikes in the area. Bright, sunny, renovated, taste-fully furnished spacious 1 BR apartment in well maintained 8-unit building. Just bring your clothing, towels, and bedding! Easy access on high ground level. Hardwood floors throughout. Prerequisite: No chemical fragrances (perfumes, laundry products, dryer sheets etc) please, since I'm scent-sitive, and they can linger. I can provide you with neutral / hypoallergenic laundry products. Coin washer / dryer just across the hallway. Street parking next to the the bdg in residential. Bike storage shed. Mini veggie garden in the back can be used. Single preferably mature person. No pets. Non-smoking / vaping anywhere on the property. No parties. Available May 14 - June 26 (6 weeks) Based on $ 1150 monthly - $ 1700 for the 6 weeks Will be strictly only rented out for the entire time that I'm away.
