Working 40 hours per week, mainly evenings and weekends, the Manager will:
-Manage and over see day to day store operations
-Lead and supervise a small team
-Greet guests and manage payments
-Balancing POS system and cash at the end of each day
-Coach and develop staff
-Evaluate performance of staff and peers and conduct staff performance reviews
-Maximization of store profitability
-Manage opening and closing operational responsibilities including light cleaning
-Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management
1-2 years of work experience, ideally in a busy retail or restaurant setting with supervisor or management experience.
Outgoing, easy to talk to, and must feel comfortable speaking in front of and controlling a large group of people.
Must be a quick learner with the ability to take initiative.
Can do attitude with a no-task-too-small mindset.
Must be available to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends. Fluent in English.
