Tai Chi and Qi Gong are renowned, low impact, methods of improving strength and suppleness. Unlimited by age or level of fitness these arts are both highly recommended for people suffering from Arthritis, loss of balance and joint problems. Many people with chronic health issues have found themselves cured or at the very least the symptoms have lessened to a large degree. Classes are every Monday and Wednesday beginning at 5:30 PM. Location is CDI College, 950 Kings Road. Cost is $15 for a drop in, or you can pay a session fee that works out to $10 per evening.
