We are looking for a roommate for a room that will be available for October 1. The room is partially furnished with bed and desk and here are some details out what is included -medium-sized bedroom, shared washroom in Langford/Costco area - Located on a really quiet private street, near hiking trails - Shared amenities: kitchen, large pantry, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, fridge, cutlery, dishes, living room, T.V. -Hardwood floors, carpet in living room. - Includes: hydro, heat, internet and Netflix (for the Netflix binger) - 6 minutes to Costco/Shopping, 12 minutes to Royal Roads, 6 minutes to Thetis Lake We are looking for a young professional who is either going to school or working. We understand how important it is to live with respectful and nice roommates (because it could potentially be your home and you want it to be welcoming!), and that's why we want to invite you for a first to see if you would be a good fit with us (masks, gloves and sanitized of course).
