POSITION TYPE: Part Time & Full Time positions available SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: - Self Motivated. - Good Time Management. - Previous customer service/sales experience. - Ability to problem solve and perform professionally in a variety of situations. - Enjoy working with your hands. - Enjoy working outdoors. - Technologically savvy -- basic use of invoicing / reporting software. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: - Communicating with our customers throughout the job process to ensure we deliver on the quality and service we promise. - Providing on-site estimates, explain our unique pricing model and communicate our process in a clear and concise manner. - Operating large trucks to and from various job / disposal sites safely and respectfully. - Maneuvering large trucks on job sites / positioning for optimal loading & unloading of materials. - Removal of various waste & recycling materials from a client's home, yard, or business -- as part of a team. - Sorting material for proper disposal -- recycle, donation and responsible disposal. - Accepting on-site payment, and invoicing work upon completion. - Reporting accurate job and vehicle maintenance data.
