I would like to pick up around three wool HBC, Hudson Bay point blankets. I am trying to set my kids up with their own blankets that they can take when they leave our nest and strike out on their own. I would like them to be able to appreciate the warmth and history of these great blankets.
I was originally looking for a HBC point blanket to cut up to make into a capote (Voyageur coat) but I have found an older blanket from Eatons to make it with because I don't have the heart to cut up a bay blanket.
If you can help me in my quest I would be grateful.
