We bought this about one year ago. Was the cheapest internet you could get at the time. Was $22/month after tax for their "light" version of the service. Still averaged about 60KB/s download speeds which is more than enough for the average internet user.
We have upgraded to Shaw cable at home and no longer need this.
It works very well, Should give you internet access anywhere within range of a Rogers cell tower, just plug it into a power outlet and you should be able to go online. We paid $100 plus tax for it, so we're selling for less than %50 of the original cost.
