This is twin size matress set is in very good condition. The mattress has no stains or rips in it although the Sealy Posturpedic label has wripped up a bit (from moving.) The boxspring shows a bit of wear in the corners but the matress is in really good condition. This would be a great bed for a guest room or a toddler moving from a crib/toddler bed to a `big boy' (girl) bed.
