Looking for tenants who would like to buy in the future

Description	Hi, We have a 2300 sq.ft house in Mayfair with two suites: main and basement. Each suite has one full bathroom and they share a laundry room (not coin operated). The basement suite has two bedrooms, one child sized. The top floor has four bedrooms -- or five if you use the den as a bedroom. We are child and pet friendly (there is a child's park across the street). However there is absolutely no smoking inside the house and no loud parties. We are GLBT friendly and not prejudiced towards young people or people on disability. We would prefer to rent to people who have the ability to solve minor problems themselves-- better yet, trades people who enjoy putting a little extra charm into the place. We would like to sell the house in a year or two...if that was to happen, we would offer to negotiate a sale with any interested tenants before we put it on the market.
