VINTAGE / ANTIQUE Electric Fireplace FIRE PLACE from the late 1800's to early 1900's. Magnificent CLAW and BALL Feet - beautiful garland and design on front. Would look fabulous in any newly designed LOFT or COZY HOME. Original HUGE GLASS pieces sit in the belly. Made by WHITTAKER FIREPLACES - Detroit U.S.A. Windsor CANADA. Volts 110 Amps 15 Catalogue No 234 H.E.P.C. App. No.18. On / Off Switch. I am sure this is a HEATER too!

Although this work of art is working, it does need TLC. Porcelain bar in back will need to be replaced and I would suggest rewiring - for your safety. Under the huge glass pieces - the glass has a crack across the width - I'm not sure if this is a problem. It is over 100 years old and needs to be with someone who loves beauty. I love this piece of art and would like to pass it on to same.

Measurements are 20" wide x 11.25" deep x 25" high.
