Hi there,
I am looking for a small basement suite close to UVic to rent starting August or September 1st. I am a friendly, quiet and intelligent first year music education major. Between full time school and my part time job to pay for rent, I won't be around much. I just need a place to live close to UVic to get to class :) I don't have any pets, and I have never smoked, drank, or used drugs. I have no intention of "party-ing".
