The Sous Chef is responsible for the operation of The Blue Poppy kitchen areas, ensuring that they are running efficiently, consistently and effectively with regard to labour, quality and cost of food. The sucessful cnadidate will have Red Seal certification, be innovative and creative, have a sense of humour and enjoy teaching and developing other chefs.
This is a full time year round position, that consists of forty hours per week plus occasional overtime. Both shift work and weekend work are required.
