Black Cat Interurban + Grange

Description	Unfortunately I hit a black cat with my car on Interurban just before Grange heading towards Wilkinson. He/She darted out from the flats up onto Interurban right in front of my car. I heard a clunk and looked into my rear view mirror and he/she darted back into the marsh. I stopped and looked around but did not find anything. I am very sorry for hitting your cat but there was nothing I could do, I was unable to break hard enough. I wish I was able to find him and get him medical attention. Victoria City (Where is this?)
