Looking to rent

Description Hi I'm a 16 year old teen attending Vic High in grade 11. I am looking for a place to share/rent that is located close to Vic High. I am hoping to find a place $300 and under. No higher than $400 - that is kinda pushing my budget.

I have a terrific job at a laundromat on cook and yates. I was hoping to move out between may-july.

I don't have pets, i don't smoke or drink and you don't have to worry about loud music cause that's what headpohones are for right??
