Basically new. Good working condition. I found audio was about 4 seconds out of sync at the end of capturing a 2 Hr VHS tape. Tech support told me it is always due to too slow a computer. I upgraded but now have Vista OS. This doesn't have Vista drivers available. So if you have XP and a reasonably fast computer this should work well for you. For reference, I was using an older Celeron 2 GHz CPU. May have been other computer issues but this is a baseline for comparison. All accessories, software and original box included.
