Can be small, we are not too picky because this is a temporary place until we relocate to the East coast.
Will sign a lease for February - June 2010. We are willing to pay rent in full for the 5 months up front and a large pet deposit.
Excellent references! We have been home owners for many years and have always owned executive homes that we kept in immaculate condition.
We have also been landlords and are very sensitive to a home owners concerns.
We don't smoke and we work mostly from home.
