We are three working adults, house trained, looking for a fourth to share our 1912 character house. It is a half hour walk to Camosun, downtown or the beach. There is a food store, coffee shop and theater all within an easy walk of the house.
House has wood floors, fireplace, 2 baths, laundry in basement, trees, garden, etc etc
If you play an instrument that would be nice. No sense of humour required
