Hi. Looking for some help in finding apartment, condo, or townhome in the Victoria, Esquimalt, Saanich East area, in the $250,000. range. We have a small dog (under 20 lbs) and would prefer to be able to rent out the unit in the event we were transferred out of town. Hoping for a two bedroom unit but a larger one bedroom would be ok. We are pre-qualified for financing and if your unit is listed, we do have a realtor to work with. If not we can buy on our own without an agent.
