Very handy guy looking for a place as described above. No pets,(possibility of one indoor cat in the future) no kids, non-smoker, non partier. There will be very little in the way of traffic in and out of your property, I only know a few people.
As far as the barter for rent....I am open to offers for some work on your property in exchange for decreased rent. Or the rent can stay where it is, and if you need work, simply hire me. I am Worksafe insured, I have a pickup truck and tools.
