A Victoria based advertising company is growing, and is now seeking candidates for an Operations Manager.
Duties will include motivating and managing our local sales force. Reconciling new customer accounts daily. Generating new business through effectively targeting the efforts of our sales team and personally developing leads through networking and cold calling.
Candidates must be comfortable with deadlines, as well as be proficient in graphics layout for both print and digital work. A strong background in direct or outside sales is required.
Also this job will require a flare for marketing, often you will have to offer your opinion on how to approach new customers and promote their products or services.
This opportunity is ideal for the candidate that "can sell anything" and has been looking to get to the next level.
Compensation is negotiable based on experiance. We anticipate offering a base wage with incentives for reaching sales goals and deadlines. As well we have opportunities to earn RESIDUAL INCOME on both a monthly and annual basis!
