I have a large furnished bedroom for rent (bed and dresser)in a 120 sq metre home. I live on Colwood Corners, which is walking distance to Royal Roads University, Thrifty's, and London Drugs. The Western Exchange (BC transit bus system) is 300 m away, as well. I have wireless internet, laundry and full cable, so the $500 will include all of that. There is a small tv area downstairs that can be used a living area. I have 2 cats, so any other cats just would not work. Look fwd to hearing from you.
