Hello! My name is Rosie, Im a fourth year Biology student studying at UVic and I am away on an exchange to Singapore right now. I will be coming back in the first week of January so Im trying to look for a place to live now so that I don't have to worry about it when I get back. If you are looking for an extra roommate for January to April (and possibly longer) maybe this could work out!
What Im looking for: I will be pretty busy with 6 classes and working part time, so I would prefer a friendly relaxed environment rather than a party house. I still like to have fun though obviously, have no problems drinking casually, smoking J's, throwing a party now and then etc... I love animals, so any pets in the house are cool by me, have lived with as many as 1 to 5 people so am pretty flexible and would prefer roommates in the early to late 20's range.
About me: I'm laid back, sarcastic and love to joke around! I clean up after myself and expect the same from others but I?m not a clean freak. I am more or less a vegetarian (but I don't care what you eat) and usually get around by bike or bus. For fun I like to do anything outside (swim, surf, ski, wakeboard, hike..) and hang out with friends, watch movies, play pool, poker etc?
I'm looking for a place that is preferably close to UVic, especially anything near oak bay and in the 400-550$ range, give or take. My friends that are in vic now can check out any places for me and come and meet you. If you're interested then send me an email.
