I am a certified Reconnective Healing Practitioner (www.thereconnection.com).
Some of us, OK most of us, don't let it in. We find things to worry about, or feel bad for one reason or another. We could let go of the struggle and find peace in where we are; relax and go with our feeling, towards more upliftment, more empowerment, more joy, more peace; or if we are depressed, more anger. In this motion forward we find our purpose and fulfillment, and this is what is happening on a moment to moment basis.
I use my own energy to allow the flow of life force to guide me towards a peaceful presence in which I am able to affect a client by simply being there.
We can always reach for more, we never stop. This is a way to relax and let go for the time we're together. Our job is to be as selfish as we need to be to feel as good as we can.
Sessions are $111 and usually range between 45mins to one and a half hours.
I appreciate every time I get to do this because it gives me a chance to be present and fully aware of myself and another. It's fun. I love it.
