Looking for a spot for me & Ruffus to live on, we need enough space for a 24' RV,car & small boat. Boat can be moored elsewhere if that's a deal breaker.
Need hydro & water,wireless would be nice & access to an outhouse or washroom would be essential. Very private guy,clean ( no clutter), work as a contractor/carpenter/home inspector. Will trade services for lot rental if desired.
Will consider anywhere south from Cobblehill to Sidney,Sooke,Victoria etc...willing to negotiate on price. Have references, currently in the Sooke area. A wooded or shaded spot is preferred, will consider all offers.
