Meet up mornings at London Drugs on Yates. Excellent condition, I don’t think it got used at all. No cracks, chips or fading. Absolutely pristine, the same as when my sister bought it. I think they were hand painted, as you can feel the texture of the paint. It is a very rare find, the “kettle” shape. It weighs 2 pounds, and has a 3” opening so it’s easy to reach in for cleaning. I measured with a measuring cup and it holds 6 cups (48 ounces) Teacups are considered to be 6 ounces so it’s an “8 cup teapot”! It’ll be heavy, 6 pounds when it’s filled with water. So very well made, the way they used to make things, it DOES NOT DRIP!! Comes with a new stainless steel mesh infuser basket that fits perfectly Comes with a new wrap-around tea cosy that has a hard bottom for good stability. It’s great as it leaves the handle and spout exposed so no need to remove it for pouring or for refilling!
